Summary:

The project consisted of a day-care centre, a sociocultural centre and an underground car park for two-wheel vehicles.
The intervention involved a complex comprehensive restoration work and the enlargement of la Casa del Baró, an old big house of the early 19th century turned into a school in order to convert it into new equipment for the Gràcia district of Barcelona.
